Mountain View

Cloverleaf Metropolitan District was created to fund the infrastructure needed to develop the community and to govern ongoing maintenance. The District will consist of 131 single-family homes upon full buildout. The District is responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance of District-owned drainage facilities, park and recreation facilities, and one interior non-dedicated street (Walters Point).
